Welcome to VaultCore. VaultCore is a product of Alisya Ai, a trading name of Fagundes de Jesus Pty Ltd (collectively "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the VaultCore mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

VaultCore is a third-party application designed to help owners of Tesla Powerwall products (including Powerwall 3) monitor and manage their energy usage. The App interacts with your hardware via the official Tesla Fleet API.

Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that VaultCore is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use VaultCore. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Hardware Safety & Battery Warranty Disclaimer

The App allows you to automate and schedule the charging and discharging of your energy storage hardware. While the App utilizes official API commands, the frequency and depth of battery cycling impact the lifespan of lithium-ion batteries.

3.1 No Liability for Hardware Damage

By using VaultCore, you expressly agree that we are not liable for:

  • Any degradation, loss of capacity, or "wear and tear" of your Tesla Powerwall or vehicle battery
  • Any hardware failure, inverter faults, or connectivity issues
  • Any voiding of your manufacturer's warranty (Tesla) resulting from the use of third-party automation tools

3.2 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that the Tesla Battery Management System (BMS) retains ultimate control over the safety limits of the hardware. However, aggressive scheduling (e.g., frequent full charge/discharge cycles) is configured at your sole discretion and risk.

4. Tesla API & Service Availability

4.1 Reliance on Third-Party API

Our service relies entirely on the continued availability of the Tesla Fleet API. We do not guarantee that the Tesla API will remain available, free, or compatible with our App.

  • Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate features if Tesla changes their API terms, rate limits, or pricing structures.
  • Data Accuracy: Energy metrics displayed in the App are retrieved directly from Tesla. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, delays, or synchronization errors in the data provided by Tesla.

5. User Accounts & Security

5.1 Tesla Authentication

You access the App using your Tesla Account credentials via OAuth 2.0.

  • No Credential Storage: We do not see, store, or process your Tesla password.
  • Session Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We strongly recommend enabling Biometric Authentication (Face ID/Touch ID) within the App settings.

6. Subscription & Billing

6.1 Pro Features

VaultCore Pro provides full access to all features including Smart Schedules, Tesla Presets, and Extended History.

  • Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial period, a subscription is required to continue using the App.
  • Currency: All subscription prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign exchange fees if your native currency differs.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice, particularly if third-party API costs increase significantly.

7. Intellectual Property

The VaultCore application, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Fagundes de Jesus Pty Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Tesla, Powerwall, and related trademarks are the property of Tesla, Inc. VaultCore is an independent application and is not affiliated with Tesla.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use VaultCore to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without our permission
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Misuse Tesla API access in any way

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fagundes de Jesus Pty Ltd (trading as Alisya Ai) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
  • Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • Any issues with your Tesla products or energy systems

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fagundes de Jesus Pty Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature in the app. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App and by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at vaultcore.app/privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fagundes de Jesus Pty Ltd regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
